natural light local cuisine
i stayed in a palace room gallery view and it was lovely the room had great natural light i used the coffee machine each morning i liked that there were blackout curtains it helped me sleep well. the hotel has a fantastic location everything was easy to reach the staff helped me find great restaurants nearby i appreciated their recommendations for local cuisine.
i noticed some minor wear on the furniture it was a slight distraction but didn't significantly impact my experience

i stayed in the palace room gallery view. the art was definitely a pleasure. the staff went out of their way to. the breakfast selection was astounding.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. The location is amazing, offering immediate access to the best sights. I found delicious food and wonderful views at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was really good, especially the omelette.
My room lacked a proper writing desk. The absence of chairs for room service felt inadequate for a luxury hotel.

nice stay within the Galleria

welcome drink complimentary mini bar central location
the staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay i received a welcome drink and chocolates in my room upon arrival the mini bar was stocked with complimentary items that were replenished daily. the location was fantastic being right in the Galleria i could easily walk to nearby attractions.
the key code system for the doors was not very user-friendly i had to push the door within a split second for it to work this could be inconvenient especially when carrying luggage.
